Royal Tobay Yacht Club
Cadet Class Squadron 13

The International Cadet has been sailed by junior sailors in Torquay for many years

And at the start of the 21st Century, we believe that the Cadet remains the best dinghy for juniors to learn to sail, and for older youths to cut their teeth on the race course.
Club racing is held on Saturday afternoons throughout the year, and on Wednesday evenings in the Spring and Summer, plus fun sessions on Friday evenings, when anyone is welcome to have a go.
But its not just our youngsters who enjoy Cadeting - the parents help out in all sorts of ways, including launching the dinghies, manning the rescue boats, and helping out when those little problems arise in the boatpark.
If you are interested in finding out more about what we do, why not visit the club on any Sunday morning or Wednesday evening? Or you can telephone the club secretary on weekday mornings. 01803292006. We would love to hear from you!
